    MTN Group

    External Communications Manager, Johannesburg

    External communications supporting group reputation and corporate positioning across African markets, coordinating messaging across operating companies, and supporting reputation management and digital engagement.

  2. 2022 – 2024

    Digital Earth Africa

    Communications Lead

    Developed and ran the communications strategy, managed internal and external communications in English and French, led crisis communications and reputation management, and worked with stakeholders across countries including Kenya, Rwanda, Ghana, Niger, Madagascar, Senegal and Tunisia.

    Spokesperson for the region. Led communication strategy across nine countries, managed crisis communications and media relations, prepared executives for media interactions, and created the PR for Success masterclass.
